Jewett Jalopy Jamboree: A Texas -sized Car Show!

To the coolest little car show in Texas
It's a day full of cars, food and fun! Join us for our annual Jalopy Jamboree!
Registration and pre-regisration check-ins will begin at 9:30 am. Judging will begin at 12:00 am. Class winners will be announced at 4:00 pm. Registration is $25.00 per vehicle for early registration and $30.00 on the morning of the show. We will have awesome rods, great food and prize giveaways all day long so come hang out with us for a while!

Don't forget about the parade through town before the show! It is FREE to participate! Simply head to the Discount Center or shopping center on Highway 79 at the west end of town and enter the line up. The parade will begin at 9:00 AM so please arrive early. The parade will start at the shopping center and head east down highway 79. All you need to do is turn right at the end of the parade and find a great spot to park your ride for the car show in the Jewett United Methodist Church lot! The parade is a great opportunity to give children and spectators a taste of what they will see at the show and let them hear the rumble of the hotrod you've put so much effort into! Feel free to bring goodies to toss to the smiling children in the crowd as you cruise by!

Looking for vendors! Have something that is fun, creative, inventive, custom or is car related, memorabilia, nostaligic signs, model cars, etc. We have a space for you! Contact us to see about setting up your own shop!

Each weekend we will be going to the Prairie Hill Dragway and spreading the word about the Jalopy Jamboree. If you love drag racing, come check out Prairie Hill Dragway! Some of these cool cars just might make their way to our show this year, so come see them in action!
